Responsible for managing and coordinating the company's logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of automotive products, components, and materials. Oversee logistics processes, inventory coordination, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules while ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company procedures. This position requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in English for daily business operations.

Tanggung jawab

• 1. Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, and product distribution.
• 2. Arrange and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• 3. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and internal departments regarding logistics activities.
• 4. Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory records.
• 5. Prepare and verify logistics documents, including delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork.
• 6. Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and transportation costs to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• 7. Handle logistics-related issues, including shipment delays, damaged goods, delivery discrepancies, and transportation problems.
• 8. Ensure all logistics activities comply with applicable regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures.
• 9. Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular reports on shipment status, inventory movement, and logistics performance.
• 10. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Kualifikasi

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• 3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers and business partners.
• 4. Good understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, warehousing, and shipment coordination.
• 5. Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• 7. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• 8. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• 9. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
