PT Wedison is a leading manufacturing company specializing in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, focusing on the development and production of high-quality electric motorcycles. To support the growing electric vehicle ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the strategy and operations of our EV Charging Station network.

Tanggung jawab

• 1. Oversee the development, installation, and operation of EV charging 2. stations to ensure efficient and reliable performance.
• 3. Manage daily charging station operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• 4. Develop operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• 5. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and business partners to support charging infrastructure development.
• 6. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• 7. Prepare operational reports, budgets, and project updates for management.
• 8. Lead and supervise the EV charging operations team to achieve business objectives.

Kualifikasi

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.-
• 2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EV charging infrastructure, automotive, electrical systems, or related operations.
• 3. Strong understanding of EV charging technology, charging stations, electrical systems, and maintenance processes.
• 4. Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and operational management.
• 5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• 6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• 7. Willing to travel as required for site inspections, project implementation, and operational supervision.
• 8. Experience in electric vehicle or charging infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
