Responsible for managing and analyzing the company's cost accounting activities, including cost calculation, budgeting, inventory valuation, and cost control. Ensure the accuracy of cost records and financial reports, monitor production and operational costs, and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making and improve cost efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English for professional communication and reporting.

Tanggung jawab

• 1. Prepare, analyze, and monitor product costs, including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
• 2. Perform cost calculations and ensure accurate product costing and cost allocation.
• 3. Monitor production costs, operational expenses, and inventory movements to ensure effective cost control.
• 4. Analyze cost variances between actual costs, standard costs, and budgeted costs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• 5. Prepare regular cost accounting reports and financial analysis for management.
• 6. Conduct inventory valuation and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• 7. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• 8. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and financial procedures.
• 9. Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify cost-related data.
• 10. Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting and inventory records.

Kualifikasi

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• 3. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, cost allocation, and cost control.
• 4. Good understanding of manufacturing costs, including raw materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead.
• 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• 6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate and prepare professional reports in English.
• 7. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• 9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
